An indictment against left-wing activist Tali Fahima is to be filed Sunday based on an affidavit submitted by the Central District State Attorney Orli Ben-Ari to the Ashdod Magistrate's Court yesterday.

According to the indictment, to be submitted in Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court, Fahima is to be charged with aiding the enemy during wartime, transmitting information to the enemy, possession of a firearm without a license, contact with a foreign agent, and support of a terror organization.

The charges stem from her ties with the head of the Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades in Jenin, Zakariya Zubeidi.
