Israel-Jordan Free Trade Pact

Israel and Jordan signed a free trade agreement.

The deal signed Thursday allows them to export tax-exempt goods to the European Union, Ha’aretz reported. Under the deal, Jordan must get rid of many customs duties on Israeli products by 2010.

Jordan, formerly Transjordan is the Arab "Palestine’ according to the British Mandate, also called the Palestine Mandate, in which the British gave away land originally set aside for a Jewish Homeland in the Balfour Declaration and created the Hashemite Kingdom as a political concession and gift. G-d gave the Children of Israel the gift of the "Holy Land" or "Promised Land" which includes the ancient biblical and modern disputed territories of Gaza, Judea and Samaria.

Jordan also expelled Arafat and his band of Arabian thieves in "Black September" in an attempted bloody coup that killed more of Arafat’s henchmen than Israel ever did.
