Aiding And Abetting Arab Terror
Gary Fitleberg, December 26, 2004
An Israeli woman who befriended an Arab "Palestinian" terrorist leader was charged with abetting an enemy of the state.
Tel Aviv District Court indicted Tali Fahima on Sunday on charges she translated a secret military counter-terrorism document for Al-Aksa Brigades gunmen in the West Bank city of Jenin.
Fahima, 29, was arrested in August after repeatedly visiting Al-Aqsa chief Zekariya Zbeidi. She supports the group's attacks as "resistance" but denies complicity in them.
If convicted, she could be jailed for life.
