Terror Victim’s Family Obtains Judgment

A judge awarded the family of a 17-year-old killed in an Arab "Palestinian" terrorist attack in the disputed territories of Judea & Samaria (wrongly called "West Bank") $156 million from U.S. charities linked to Hamas.
The decision to award money to the family of David Boim came Wednesday in a U.S. court after a fourth charity was found guilty of funneling money to Hamas through a variety of stratagems, including money laundering and a shady land deal.
Boim was killed in May 1996 in an attack near the Beit El settlement.
