National Brotherhood Week Gary Fitleberg, November 23, 2004Sixty high school students from Russia, Israel and the United States recently participated in a friendship program. The students on the 2004 High School Youth Ambassador Student Exchange Program visited Washington, Philadelphia and New York and learned about U.S. government, democracy and leadership. The program is more than 25 years old, but this is the first time Russian students participated.
