Arafat Causes Controversy Even In Death With Documentary Gary Fitleberg, November 23, 2004Kuwaiti lawmakers called for an inquiry into a flattering documentary about Yasser Arafat. The documentary, which describes Arafat as a great freedom fighter, was shown a day before the Palestinian Authority president’s death on Nov. 11, the BBC reported. Many Kuwaitis hate Arafat for supporting Iraq’s invasion of their country in 1990.
