The leader of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) said he was "sure" that members of the terrorist group Hamas are on the agency's payroll in the territories of Gaza, Judea and Samaria (wrongfully called the "West Bank") Ha'aretz reported.
"I don't see that as a crime," UNRWA head Peter Hansen said, adding that UNRWA does not "do political vetting and exclude people from one persuasion as against another." UNRWA funds and oversees Arab "Palestinian" refugee camps that have often served as havens for terrorists. Inside the camps, food storage facilities and warehouses have been used as depots for ammunition and explosives to be used in terror attacks against Israelis.
