"Palestinian" Terrorists Use Ambulances To Transfer Weapons

Since September 2000, Arab "Palestinian" groups have used ambulances to smuggle bombers, bomber vests, explosives, and other instruments of terrorism through Israeli checkpoints, clearly in violation of all Geneva conventions, to carry out attacks against Israeli civilians, according to a report by the Independent Media Review and Analysis (IMRA) organization.

"The use by the terrorist organizations of medical resources, particularly ambulances, in order to bypass the searches and security checks in IDF checkpoints emphasizes the need for a security check of medical vehicles," the report said.

Among the terrorist plots that used ambulances to carry out attacks is a January 27, 2003 homicide bombing in Jerusalem that killed one Israeli and injured 100.
